Scope and Remit:
Provide managerial leadership to site based team, liaising with clients and WSG business to ensure safe effective and commercially successful delivery of services
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead operational team on site. Working collaboratively with all of WSG ensuring safe and efficient delivery of services.
· Promote by example professional
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
· Understand client needs, create and deliver compelling valued service delivery
· Achieve customer satisfaction through safe effective delivery of services.
· Generate detailed progress/ update reports
· Client Relationship Management with stakeholders new and existing
· Ensure costs are controlled and monitored, with targeted margins achieved.
· Monitor performance of employees and carry out effective engagement for development.
· Where necessary carry out investigations and disciplinaries as needed.
· Promote employee wellbeing, with both mental and physical health.
· Effective liaise, support and assistance between client & colleagues within Industrial Services and other sectors of the business.
· Lead face to face client engagement sessions
· Provide management and leadership support to WSG operations.
· Conduct audits, ensuring compliance with all standards, both WSG, client and legislative.
· Accountable for project performance
· Approve employee timesheets/hours
· Implement company policies and procedures and ensure workers at all levels are adhering to requirements.
