About The Role:
PD&MS Group have a great opportunity for a Administrative Assistant to join our progressive Document Control team based in our Aberdeen office on a part-time fixed-term (3 month) basis.

Role summary:
The Admin assistant is required to assist the allocated team with general day to day administration tasks including electronic and paper document filing, archiving and scanning.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the allocated team with general day to day administration tasks
  • Filing of Company controlled electronic and paper documents as per Company procedures
  • Scanning of Company controlled paper documents as per company procedures
  • Demonstration of safe approach in working practises
  • Encouragement of attention to safety
  • Responsible for ensuring professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are undertaken in a timely manner
  • Adherence to the Company Integrated Management System
    Raise issues of quality, health, safety and environmental and input to continuous quality improvement element
  • Compliance with quality assurance, health and safety and environmental policies
  • Demonstrate PD&MS QHSE principles
  • Ensure unsafe activities are challenged
  • Adherence to the requirements of the best practice standards recommendations and processes in the undertaking of duties
  • Demonstrate PD&MS values

About You
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 National 5s at grades C or higher or equivalent

Experience / competence:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Competent in the use of MS Office Applications
  • Excellent written and spoken English
