Join a reputable energy service business and support the ongoing development and maintenance of its competence and training frameworks. Throughout the 12-month contract you’ll provide comprehensive administrative support to the training and competence function, playing a key role in maintaining competence libraries, learning systems and training records. The ideal candidates will be highly organised, methodical and comfortable working with systems, data and multiple stakeholders.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Supporting the Competence Team with day‑to‑day administration and coordination.
- Maintaining and updating competence libraries within LMS platform.
- Coordinating reviews of competence unit requirements.
- Uploading CBTA templates, training materials and supporting documentation.
- Supporting system testing, rollouts and updates of competence frameworks and matrices.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external training & competence systems.
- Supporting fleet initiatives and ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Providing system support and problem‑solving as a CMS/LMS super user.
Applicants to this role require:
- Relevant administrative experience within training and competency.
- Experience using competence management systems.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
